Black Knit Top with Chiffon Ruffle Neckline..........325

All the tags were removed for comfort reasons and I don't know the maker or fabric/cleaning inst. The size tag is also missing, but it fits like a small. Please see photos for measurements. It is a knit so it does have some stretch. It is a quality, sleek knit...not bulky. It has a beautiful chiffon ruffle all the way around the neckline. It can be worn off the shoulder or just at the shoulder joint. I suggest hand washing. It is in perfect condition with no flaws, stains, tears, etc. Please see pictures for full measurements.
