Black Jumper Dress Attached Overall Velvet Silky Mixed Media

I LOVE this dress but didn't realize the tag said “Noni teen.” I thought it was a women's small since it was listed that way. I believe it would fit a woman XS with a smaller bust since it’s too tight for me (I’m a s/m). Happy to send any measurements. It's super cute with a velvet top and silk-feeling dress. I was so excited for it and hope someone else gets to wear it this winter! It can be dressed up or down and worn in so many fun ways. Mixed media
