The book bag has been used but no pins were in the ITA windows. The shoulder bag has been used and pins were placed in it, but the pin holes are barely visible. The checkerboard bag has never been used. The shoulder bag is best for light items and a 15.6in laptop can fit in the book bag. ------ I do next day Shipping if you order on Sunday-Thursdays. If you order on Friday or Saturday, your order will be shipped out on Monday. I ship all of my orders via USPS Pick Up Service because I don't have a car.
