These are high-rise sweats featuring a drawstring tie and an elastic waistband! They have two front pockets. One of the pockets has a smaller pocket for cards/keys. There is elastic at the bottom of each leg as well, probably so they can be tied and used as capris. The tag is cut off, so I don’t know the size number. But, they fit like a women’s small and have a ~26’ waist and ~28’ inseam. I thrifted these and found them to be in good condition. However, I only wore them a couple times because they were too tight for me.
