lauradeubel @tczako hello! They each have a 4 inch waistband which could be either folded down or left as is. From the top of this waistband the hang as follows: Small 42 1/2 Medium 43 1/4 Large 43 1/2 XLarge 43 1/2 Hope this helps. ☺️

lauradeubel @luvthelight hello! The measurement for the small from seam to seam is 13 inches and the medium is 13 1/2 inches. So double that to get your total measurements. This skirt also folds over at the waist. Hope this helps! 😊
