Black Hi-Lo Skirt

Two layers: a sheer hi-lo skirt on top of a solid straight black skirt. The varying levels makes it daring while the black makes it easier to wear! Wear with a lose summer sweater or a v-neck with gladiators or combat boots to give you some edge!
