Black Heeled Boots

Black zip up boots, they feel & look like velvet on the outside & the inside feels like a soft, silky sweatshirt! These boots are labeled as a M, size 7/8, and I’m a 7.5 and they fit me perfectly. These have been at the very top of my closet and have never been worn. They have a cool cut out design on the back/side, please see photos. Style is “River”. No box.
