Black Halter Top

Y2K tie neck halter top. Never worn! Has super long neck ties so can accommodate pretty most bust sizes. The bottom band isn’t adjustable, the sides are cinched and sewn. The width (height?) of the band can be adjusted though, hard to explain but shown in the pictures! No tags, but I’m a 32” bra band and this would best fit 34”
