Black Halloween Candle Holder Spooky Candelabra with Skull 9-1/2" Wide, 11" Tall, without the Candles The material is a hard plastic or resin. Cool to touch, and heavy. The candles each take 2 AA batteries. I got two to light up and they required some jiggling. Maybe the 3rd would also light with some attention. Each are somewhat wobbly, with one completely unsealed from the base. Could be reglued. Alternatively, replace with real tapers. Super cool tabletop accessory!
