This beautiful, highly embroidered skirt with fringe has a feeling of being a gypsy when you wear it. I am 5 foot seven and so it is a little bit short for me as far as to come all the way to the ground or to my feet so I’m gonna measure from the waist to the end of the skirt 33 1/2. 28" waist and elastic stretches to 32".
