Brand new! Never worn because it doesn't fit me. NWOT. The size duped me, fits more like M/L (USA), maybe an XL. Wear as is, w/leggings or fishnet stockings! Adjustable grommet straps, so length will vary (see measurements). Couple of threads showing on waist but doesn't affect the quality. Slightly stretchy nylon/polyester, small metal grommets as decor.
