Black Garter Suspender Cut-Out Leggings w Metal Garter Clasps, Size Small/Medium

Length from waist to top of garter clasp: 12.5” long Length from bottom of garter clasp to ankle: 19.5” long Elastic waist measures 12.5” across when laid flat. Stretches to 17” wide max. Worn out once. Such a fun outfit! Unfortunately I no longer have occasions to wear these. There is no tag but I feel safe saying they’re spandex &/or nylon. Stretchy but not constricting like some spandex. Size must be Small/Medium
