Block Heel Booties High Heels Black Black Cowboy Boots Fringe. Never worn. Size on the bottom says 42. These are more like a size 6/7 woman’s. I typically wear a 9 and I can even fit my foot into them. I bought them off of Amazon and can’t return them.
