Black Formal Evening Dress

A fitting, high neck and low back evening dress. Perfect for prom or an event. It is a black ribbed fabric and has a ruched butt to show off curves! I bought it for an event, but since it’s from Australia it didn’t make it in time and there were no returns. It’s been sitting in my closet in hopes that one day I would wear it but now it’s too small!
