Black Forever21 Fitted Skirt

The tag on this skirt says medium but it could fit a M/L. I am a S/M and it is a little too big for me. This is made of a comfortable material and looks great for work, parties or just whenever you want a great skirt! The top has an elastic band (see picture) and the material itself is stretchy.
