Black Flutter Sleeve Peplum Blouse with Tie Front

This elegant black blouse features flutter sleeves and a charming tie-front detail. The ruffled peplum design adds a touch of sophistication, making it perfect for both casual and formal occasions! This is a size MD, and I could pull it off. I am usually a sm/xs and this top is basically brand new I took the tags off to wear as an outfit, but the skirt was red and 3/4, so I went to a white top instead. (I'm looking for a cream corset style*!) The fit is comfy, flowy, and free, and has some weight for the gauzey type fabric. I was able to do as an off shoulder look. This is really pretty. Kinda romantic cottagecore style. <3
