Black Floral Velvet Burnout Vest, Lined, Classic V-Neck Style, Dressy/Casual, 14

This vest from Panther is perfect for evoking 90s style (over a white tee and whitewashed jeans), but is also a lovely addition to more formal attire (wear it over a sweater dress or collared blouse and slacks). It features a classic v-neck silhouette, with velvet-covered buttons and two faux front hip pockets. The front fabric is an elegant burnout floral design over a shiny black lining. This vest is in Very Good secondhand condition (two small imperfections are barely noticeable on the back of the vest—please see photos for full condition). Size 14, it measures 20” underarm to underarm, 21” L.
