Black Felt Floppy Hat F21

Good condition - just needs a good de-linting! It is black and because it is felt it picks up EVERYTHING! So there is some cat hair on it I’m sure (is if you have allergies just know!). Some light pilling- but comes off easily with a de-pilling machine. I would be happy to do that for you for an extra $3 onto the listing so lmk.
