Black ECI skirt w crossover front and ruffle hem

I LOVE this skirt! This is black but I also have burgundy so I added a picture because the black is hard to see. It's made of polyester with 5% spandex and is a medium weight so it hangs nicely. The crossover detailing is so cute and the ruffle hem is just perfect. This measures approximately 15 at the waistband but that is totally unstretched and it is meant to stretch a bit. Hips 21, length is 21. The crossover is an additional piece, so you are covered when you sit. 😀. Check measurements.
