Black Dress with Soutache Embroidery

This is a simple sheath in a stretchy jersey knit that has soutache embroidery covering the front which makes it anything but simple. It has the appearance of roses all over. It’s a size medium that measures 19”15”29” and it’s 32” long. So pretty. Stock pic is similar but not identical.
