Black Draped ruffled Open Front Cardigan

This is a classic that can go with anything. Dress up or down ! “Silky” material with a unique look- just enough ruffles on the sides of the front made of polyester and 5% spandex Please note that this has never been worn and has all tags. However, there is some fading/discoloration. Difficult to see even wearing it. Please take a close look at pictures and I’m happy to answer any questions!
