Black and decker Steamworks wallpaper stripper. Wallpaper stripper is in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. Wallpaper stripper has been tested and when switch is flipped the motor turns on. Bottom of filter shows no wallpaper residue. Water reservoir is clean with no signs of water mineral deposits.
