Black Chiffon Cropped Blouse

Cropped sheer blouse in black color with lace ruffles and elastic. Beautiful drape on the bell sleeves. New with tags! One size but is very stretchy around the neck, in the armband, and under the bust. Can probably fit at least a US Womens XS-L Great for layering under dresses or for costumes. Advertised as a lolita fashion top. Could work well for regency core or some victorian outfits as well.
