Black Bric-a-brac Basket Ceramic Trinket Tiger Cat

Vintage black and white ceramic basket with artwork of a yellow tabby tiger cat and whimsical pink flowers. The handle portion has colorful flowers also in orange on the top. Embellished with a cream colored satin bow and a vintage plastic resin flower button. Excellent condition with a gold sticker on the bottom portion and "action MADE IN JAPAN" printed in black.
