Can you share the waist measurement for these? I'd like to make sure they fit before buying them. Thanks!

They run small and when i put a tape on them with them tied, from side to side was 14”. They are low rise so based on their chart I would say the measurement must be on the lower portion of the waist. The 4 fits more like a 2 in most other brands of clothing I have tried. I wear a size 28/4 and can no longer fit in them, as I have gained some weight in my hips and butt. Hope this helps!
