Black Beaded Cardigan with Ruffle

Soft black t-shirt fabric is embellished with sequins and beads. Decoration is asymmetrical, with more beaded flowers on one side than the other. Chiffon ruffle goes around the front and collar. Back has some pleats. Very pretty and dressy. Xs but could fit small.
