jennhoff83 I’m 5’4” 165 lbs strong not fat but have some boobs. No stretch u say. I like fitted not baggy. I wouldn’t know to get a M or S… I want my arms to fit but not baggy but with no stretch I’m worried what a small arm is on this product… like don’t want to get it and only my 12 year old can get her arms in….

jerseyglam @jennhoff83 I would say a size medium to a large. These are misses size so they run a little small. I'm 5'11 and about low 160 something 36C Bust maybe slightly larger and a large is fitted on me - not oversized. Hope this helps!
