@sophiasantana It's when shipping is moved down by a couple of dollars for an hour when a seller marks down a price by 10%. It ends on Monday I think. What I would do is create a new listing with the price 10% higher than the normal price then have the person like the listing and then mark it down to its normal price and it should give discounted shipping to the person who liked it!
