Black And White Striped Vintage Forever 21 Mini Skort

This is a 2000s-2010 era Forever 21 mini skort. It was made when Forver 21 was high quality material built to last, the skirt is very thick as pictured and the shorts underneath are cotton soft and leave comfortable and secure. I acquired this skort in 2014 and it was a staple in my wardrobe up until I had kids and couldn't fit it anymore. It is still in the same condition as the day I brought it home.
