julierdozier @robyn_r_smith I am a 36 DD it is 28 in sholder seam to hem. This is not a thick sweater. The hem and cuffs are simply finished with out banding. The first button down front hits me just under my breast. It is waist emphasis. A shirt Is needed or shell due to plunge.
