These Black Fake Leather Leggings Made In The USA are in good condition, but as shown in photos, the band at the hip is not attached to the clothing, so it wants to flip inside the pants. As shown in the last 2 photos, these are made cheaply to be honest, as the material is starting to peel or wear away at the crotch as shown in photos, but it is not a hole. The fabric does NOT have holes near the crotch from wear, as shown in photos. It is 92% polyester, 8% spandex. Made in USA. See photos: Around 38 in. long from top to the bottom.
