Floral and feminine shirt tail dress by Bisou Bisou. Very stylish and unique with fitted drop waist. Front has v-neckline and back is sheer chiffon. Skirt has 2 layers. Top layer is split on sides so dress flows beautifully. Shirt tail hemline; shorter on sides than front and back. Fully lined in white. Stretchy material so very flattering! Wear to a party, a tea, or on a cruise! Measures 22 inches from center waist to hemline. Measures 16 inches from side waist to hemline. Excellent condition. I just wore it a few times.
