Bishop + Young Sleeveless **Sample Dress** - No size tag!

This gorgeous black dress from Bishop + Young is new with the sample tag still attached. It doesn’t have the company label but the RN# comes back to Bishop + Young There isn’t a size tag - please see measurements below which puts it at a small or size 4 on their size chart This dress zips in the back and has adjustable straps. The straps look a little frayed but they are not - it is the design on the fabric. The fabric is textured It has a ruffle going across the top. The very bottom is sheer but the top of the skirt has a “mini skirt” layer/lining to prevent it from being see through near the top. The bottom of the skirt comes up higher in the front Laying flat armpit to armpit measures approximately 17” Waist measures approximately 26” around This dress is in excellent condition - no holes or stains and comes from a smoke free home! It does have texture to it as shown in last photo
