Waist, unstretched is 11”, stretches to 13”, length from shoulder to hem 33.5”, pit to pit 16” unstretched. Has stretch. You could pull it down more, there’s a thick band of stretchy smocking around the waist. *****There is a small hole right on the edge of one sleeve. See last photo, it’s more like a small slit.
