New with tags sample size small/4 Bishop + Young Elizabeth shirt dress with hi ruffle neck and ruffle shoulders in prairie style with tie sash waist. Burgundy floral and button front. Since this is a sample there is no brand or size tag, but the hang tag is attached. Pockets. Laying flat measures 34” from shoulder to hem, 21” from armpit to armpit and 21” straight across the waist, unbelted. Featured on my size small dress form for reference.
