Review all photos for areas of wear/marks/discolorations. There is an area of damage to the front cork/sole seam (see pic) on both sandals. Vottoms of sandals show little to no wear. Birkenstock indicates a SZ 40 is equivalent to a US Womens 9-9.5 / Mens 7-7.5. Reasonable offers considered.
