Flouncy elastic waist skirt. Lined. Mid weight, flowy. Midi to maxi length depending on height. Waist is about 14.5 inches across unstretched Length waist to hem is about 32 inches Very good condition with no holes or tears. There is a place in front that’s been stitched with a different color thread, could easily be repaired.
