Billini NWT Ramie black diamanté heels Size 9 Billini Heels: Mid-block heel Diamante dual strap Brand new with box. Bought to try for a formal but went with other option. These are delicate in that there are a couple blemishes with the rhinestones and one area where the strap attaches on the side.
