You're looking at a super rare Salty Blonde x Billibond Midi dress, size small. The store tags are still attached, but the original Billabong tags are gone, so I can't find the name. It's basically a Billabong "Coastal Breeze" top (which is pictured for reference) but turned into a dress. Has the Salty Blonde tag on the inside, as pictured.
