Billabong peasant skirt

Billabong peasant skirt, size M with elastic, drawstring waist in a deep orange. Skirt features half-lining and ruffle detail near hem. Waist is 13" flat and stretches up to 20". The half-slip hip measurement is around 21 or 22". Length around 36". A couple of threads sticking out around the waistband, probably from being on a hanger. A light cotton, slightly sheer and non-stretchy. Never worn.
