@sonnyandcher Definitely no stretch! I wear 4 in women's size and thought these would fit but I'm reposhing because they're too small. They fit like a size 3.

@sonnyandcher It depends on what size you are. If you wear size 2 women's or 3 juniors, they will probably fit (if you weigh 110 lbs or less). But there is so stretch so they are too small for me (I weigh around 117 lbs). Yes, 16 inches across flat.
