This is such a unique piece by billabong. Love the simple yet multi faceted design. This sleeveless, graphic button down sheath tunic has a high low hem, cut out/criss cross back and metal tipped collar or “western collar”. Also has the billabong insignia right below the cross cross back. So chic! This top is where western meets beach! I love! Can also be used as a dress, depending on height.
