Bill Levkoff Brown/Tan Strapless Formal Dress 10‎

Here's a beautiful formal gown by Bill Levkoff. It's strapless, but it comes with detachable straps. It's brand new. It is however a sample, and at the bottom hem is embroidered "sample" in the same color as the dress. You could snip out the lettering or leave it as its not noticeable. Measures: 36" at bust which is boned, 30" at waist and 39" total length. There's a layer of tulle under the dress and then a smooth layer under that against your skin. The belt drops down and looks fabulous.
