The bust boasts a mini sweetheart neckline with pleats all around the waist. It has boning on the sides for extra support. The color is what makes this dress so beautiful! It shifts from a periwinkle blue to a purple - so unique and pretty! It’s got a back zipper and hook/thread eye closure. The dress also has some volume in the skirt with lining and a layer of tulle. Some seams are visible on the sides of the bust (see photos).
