This fun sleeveless dress is like a patchwork quilt of florals on navy. Two coordinating materials make up the dress which is seen in the panels in the skirt. The gauze like material catches the wind as you can see in one of the pictures. The handkerchief hemline adds to the bohemian feel. Note on the front ties there is only one tassel.
