Each bag features a unique textile called a huipil, which has been delicately woven by a talented Artisan. The Artisans use an ancient ancestral technique called backstrap weaving in the production of each product. At Makario'S we additionally use full grain leather in the production of the majority of our products. Full grain leather is softer than traditional leather and gives the product an even more vintage and authentic look.
