"Big Sis" charm for little girl's snake chain (Pandora) bracelet

"Big Sis" charm for little girl's snake chain (Pandora) bracelet Charm is silver/gold with a dangling circle that says "Big Sis" with a pink rhinestone (missing on one side -- see pic, price reflects). There are also 3 pink rhinestones on the round part of the charm (in the section that is gold plated). I do not think the silver is real silver.
