1976 Bicentennial cobalt blue commemorative saucer-style round plate. Plate has smooth edge with stars circling the band of the plate. In the middle there is a raised liberty bell and American flag on either side surrounded with the words Bicentennial U.S.A., 1776 and 1976 and 200 years.
