Bias-cut flutter bottom red floral dress, Charlotte Russe size M

Lovely red floral dress with asymmetrical swing skirt. I believe it's an empire waist as the black waist tie is just below the bust. Great used condition- Only worn a couple times. Small spot of wear/pilling and loose stitches at waist tie (I just pin it up from the inside) as shown in last photos. APPROXIMATE measurements in photos.
