Bianni Jeans Woman's 16 (may be European or Italian size)

Low waist 33" inseam 31.5" crotch to waist 11" Flare leg. Waistline is stitched beautifully with logo and brown patchwork flowers on left leg. Same stitching at bottom of flare legs. No elastic in waist, button and zip. The crease in the flare is velvet gold/black material. These jeans were custom made, it appears. I bought them in a yardsale of a singing star who had wore as costume when entertaining. Little stretch. I do not know where the size 16 on the tag inside comes from. Not USA.
